What Is A Haiku?
To expand on that more, a haiku is a three lined poem that is always about a moment in nature. In the first line, there is a sentence with only five syllables, the next seven, and the last on five again.
The Fish That Got Away
There once was a fish
The Fish only had one wish
To not be eaten
She swam and she swam
Away from the evilest fish
And she got away
The Fish only had one wish
To not be eaten
She swam and she swam
Away from the evilest fish
And she got away
When The Rain Comes Down
Its raining today
I wish that it would stop right now
I want to play outside
I hate when it rains
My hair and my clothes get all wet
How I hate the rain
I wish that it would stop right now
I want to play outside
I hate when it rains
My hair and my clothes get all wet
How I hate the rain
